By using www.repaircentrekota.com or booking a repair with Repair Centre Kota ("we", "us"), you accept these terms.
Services
We repair AC, refrigerators, washing machines, LED/LCD TVs and microwave ovens at the customer's premises in Kota. We repair out-of-warranty products only. We are an independent service and not an authorised service centre of any brand.
Booking
You can book by phone or WhatsApp on 9462581512. Visits are offered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Same-day service is our aim but is not guaranteed.
Charges and payment
- The visiting charge is ₹500 and is payable even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.
- Repair charges and spare parts are quoted after diagnosis and are payable only for work you approve.
- Payment is by cash or UPI.
- Charges may change; the quote given to you before work starts applies to that job.
Your responsibilities
Please give correct information about the appliance and fault, make sure someone is present at the visit, and provide safe access and a working power supply. Back up your data on smart devices before the visit.
Repairs, parts and liability
We repair with reasonable skill and care. If a part must be replaced, we will tell you before fitting it. Any service or parts guarantee will be told to you at the time of the repair. Appliances that are old or already damaged may fail again or turn out to be beyond repair. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
